This menu-selection allows the radio-user to change to an alternate secure encryption Keyset when operating in Conventional or Trunking communications mode. The selected Keyset then applies for both Conventional and Trunking communications modes.

Alternate Keysets are available because of PID Key Management compatibility or OTAR (Over The Air Rekeying). |

Changing Keysets is sometimes useful when an encryption key is known to be compromised. |
